Authorizes the Oregon Board of Psychology to assess costs of disciplinary actions against the person disciplined, using a tiered structure: no costs assessed for totals $3,000 or less, up to 50% for costs between $3,000 and $6,000, and up to 100% for costs exceeding $6,000

Applies only to disciplinary actions taken on or after January 1, 2026

Allows the Board to take preparatory actions before January 1, 2026, to implement the new cost assessment authority

Takes effect on the 91st day after the 2025 legislative session adjourns sine die
