Increases the filing fee for a motion to intervene in Land Use Board of Appeals proceedings from $100 to $200

Increases the filing fee for a notice of intent to appeal a land use decision or limited land use decision from $300 to $350

Removes the provision that required the board to award the filing fee to the local government, special district, or state agency if a petition for review was not filed

Amends ORS 197.830, which governs the review process for land use decisions before the Land Use Board of Appeals
