Establishes $500,000 expenditure limit for the 2025-2027 biennium for the Department of Consumer and Business Services to implement the new municipal agreement provisions

Agreements may cover geographic areas spanning multiple municipalities or parts of municipalities, and may combine state and local resources for building inspection programs
