Transfers oversight of the Oregon Sunshine Committee from the Legislative Counsel Committee's public records subcommittee to the judiciary committees or interim judiciary committees of the Legislative Assembly

Eliminates the four-member public records subcommittee structure and replaces it with four ex officio nonvoting legislative members appointed by judiciary committee chairs (two from each chamber, one from each party)

Extends the deadline for the Oregon Sunshine Committee to complete its review of all public records disclosure exemptions from December 31, 2026 to December 31, 2031

Changes the reporting deadline for the Oregon Sunshine Committee's biennial reports from July 1 to May 1 of each even-numbered year

Requires judiciary committees to finalize their reports with the Oregon Sunshine Committee report as an appendix by September 1 of each even-numbered year
