Requires all school districts, education service districts, and public charter schools to post Healthy and Safe Schools Plan test results on their websites, removing the previous condition that only applied if the district maintained a public website

Eliminates the requirement to make test results and annual statements available in printed form at administrative headquarters

Mandates website posting of annual statements regarding the Healthy and Safe Schools Plan, making online disclosure mandatory rather than optional

Annual statements must include contact information for the responsible administrator, plan availability, testing compliance certification, how to obtain test results, and a summary of exposure reduction activities
