School districts must submit data on talented and gifted (TAG) children to the Oregon Department of Education to enable annual report cards

District report cards must include TAG student counts and percentages broken down by ethnicity, English language learner status, IEP/504 plan status, economic disadvantage, and grade level (K-2, 3-5, 6-8, 9-12)

Reports must track TAG student enrollment in advanced classes, accelerated college credit programs, career and technical education, and alternative education programs

Districts must report staffing levels for TAG program administration, staff training and credentials, total expenditures on TAG instruction, and per-pupil spending on TAG students

The 25 largest school districts must report annual achievement test score gains in math and language arts, disaggregated by subject, grade, proficiency level, and demographic information
