Expands the definition of "practice of audiology" to include screening, diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating auditory and vestibular conditions, while explicitly excluding osseointegrated device surgery and cochlear implant surgery

Authorizes audiologists to prescribe, sell, and fit hearing aids, tinnitus treatment devices, vestibular treatment devices, cochlear implant sound processors, and other assistive listening devices

Grants audiologists authority to conduct health screenings, remove cerumen and foreign bodies from ear canals, order radiographic and nonradiographic imaging, and order blood cultures

Requires the State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology to notify individuals under investigation, provide a copy of complaints within 21 days for response, and establish timelines for investigations by rule

Takes effect on the 91st day after legislative adjournment, with substantive provisions becoming operative January 1, 2026
