Noncompetition agreements between individuals licensed by the Oregon Medical Board and other persons are void and unenforceable

Exception allows noncompete enforcement when the licensee provides direct patient care for a business entity and holds at least 5% ownership interest in that entity

Applies retroactively to noncompetition agreements entered into before, on, or after the effective date

Declared an emergency measure, taking effect immediately upon the Governor's signature
