Creates the Oregon-Ireland Sister State Committee consisting of nine members: one nonvoting Senator, one nonvoting House Representative, and seven Governor-appointed members representing higher education, trade organizations, urban interests, and rural/agricultural interests

Governor-appointed members serve two-year terms and are eligible for reappointment; legislative members serve at the pleasure of their appointing authority

Committee may hold one or two meetings per calendar year, with members able to attend in person or virtually; majority of members constitutes a quorum

Committee responsibilities include hosting Irish delegations, organizing Oregon delegations to Ireland, exchanging information, collaborating on joint projects, and promoting Oregon exports to Ireland and Irish investments in Oregon

Committee may visit Ireland at least every two years; Legislative Policy and Research Director provides staff support for one meeting before and one meeting after each Ireland visit
