Extends the repeal date for Oregon's brownfield property tax incentive program from January 2, 2027 to January 2, 2033, adding six additional years to the program

Properties already granted tax incentive benefits before the repeal date will continue receiving benefits for the full period originally granted

Amends section 8, chapter 96, Oregon Laws 2016, which established the original brownfield tax incentive provisions

Takes effect on the 91st day after the 2025 regular legislative session adjourns
