Amends ORS 133.870 to add licensed investigators (under ORS 703.430) to the list of parties who may receive booking photos from law enforcement agencies

Law enforcement agencies generally prohibited from releasing booking photos except under specified circumstances, including release to the depicted person, other law enforcement, crime victims, courts, state mental hospitals, and parties in criminal proceedings

Public release of booking photos permitted only when law enforcement determines a law enforcement purpose exists, such as apprehending fugitives or identifying additional criminal activity

Booking photos may be released upon conviction of the depicted person if the conviction results from the arrest during which the photo was taken

Takes effect 91 days after the 2025 regular legislative session adjourns sine die
