Amends ORS 658.705 to clarify that "farmworker camp" regulations apply specifically to housing provided for workers employed on a seasonal or temporary basis in farm crop production, harvesting, or land reforestation

Adds new definition of "seasonal or temporary basis" as a period of limited, short-term, or fixed duration

Explicitly excludes year-round or permanent employment arrangements from the "seasonal or temporary basis" definition

Maintains existing exclusions for single isolated dwellings occupied by family members or five or fewer unrelated individuals, and for hotels/motels providing housing commercially to the general public
