Resellers and their affiliates are prohibited from offering or reselling admission tickets unless they have actual or constructive possession of the ticket, or have explicit written authorization from an operator to obtain it

Applies to entertainment events in Oregon including concerts, theatrical performances, sporting events, and similar events, but excludes movies at commercial theaters and trade shows

Violations constitute an unlawful trade practice under ORS 646.608, subject to enforcement actions under ORS 646.632 and 646.638

Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment of the 2026 regular legislative session
