Exempts packaging for blueberries, strawberries, and cane berries from Oregon's producer responsibility requirements when sold as raw agricultural commodities subject to federal packaging requirements under 21 C.F.R. part 112

Exempts noncompostable packaging that comes in direct contact with fresh or processed meat, poultry, fish, or seafood from producer responsibility requirements

Amends ORS 459A.863, which defines "covered products" subject to the state's producer responsibility program for packaging, paper, and food serviceware

Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die of the 2026 regular legislative session
