Extends an exemption from Oregon's fluorescent lamp sales ban until January 1, 2030, for purchasers who own or operate facilities totaling more than one million square feet in the state

Adds a new exemption allowing school districts to purchase fluorescent lamps for use in school buildings until the 2030 deadline

Square footage from parent companies, subsidiaries, or related entities may be counted toward the one million square foot threshold

Declares an emergency, making the bill effective immediately upon passage

Amends existing law (ORS 459.485 and 459.488) that prohibits sales of linear fluorescent lamps and compact fluorescent lamps in Oregon
