Oregon Health Authority must establish a centralized credentialing portal and uniform process for organizational behavioral health providers by June 30, 2027, prohibiting coordinated care organizations from requiring additional credentialing procedures beyond the uniform process.

OHA must minimize administrative burden for behavioral health providers serving Medicaid recipients and report biennially to the Governor and Legislature on efforts, implemented suggestions, and federal approval requests.

Licensed psychologists, marriage and family therapists, professional counselors, and clinical social workers may provide supervision for behavioral health care providers holding different license types, effective January 1, 2027.

The Mental Health Regulatory Agency will assume administrative oversight of the State Board of Licensed Social Workers (joining the psychology and counseling boards under MHRA), with the transition effective June 30, 2027.

Takes effect on the 91st day after the 2026 legislative session adjourns sine die.
