State Board of Pharmacy required to issue mobile pharmacy licenses to qualified applicants that are critical access pharmacies, hospitals, federally qualified health centers, or county governing bodies with a permanent physical retail drug outlet location

Mobile pharmacies must have at least one pharmacist physically present during operations, maintain drug transfer and dispensing records, and record all dispensed drugs in the retail outlet's records within 24 hours

Operating restrictions limit mobile pharmacies to no more than 10 consecutive days at the same location and no more than 14 consecutive days within the same five-mile radius, with exceptions for declared public health emergencies and natural disasters

Board must issue licenses within 60 days of receiving a qualified application and may allow mobile pharmacies to operate at the same location as mobile dental services

Becomes operative January 1, 2027, with the act taking effect on the 91st day following adjournment of the 2026 legislative session
