Oregon Health Authority must submit annual report by January 15 identifying employers with 50+ employees in the state whose workers or dependents receive medical assistance (Medicaid)

Report must include for each employer: name, industry code, total employees, whether health coverage is offered, number of employees/dependents on medical assistance, cost of providing that assistance, and wage/hours data

Report must list the 20 employers with the highest number of employees or dependents receiving medical assistance

Oregon Health Authority, Department of Human Services, and Employment Department may enter interagency agreements to share data; all information must comply with HIPAA and exclude personally identifiable information

Takes effect 91 days after the 2026 legislative session adjourns
