Prospective state contractors and subcontractors must attest they do not and will not provide transportation services for individuals detained by federal agencies for deportation purposes, except when ordered by a federal court (excluding administrative courts)

State agencies cannot award contracts to entities that fail to submit the required attestation or submit false information

Contractors found to have submitted false attestations face disqualification from state contracts for 3 years

Grant recipients must sign agreements with the same attestation requirements and must repay grant moneys if the attestation is or becomes false

Declared an emergency measure, taking effect immediately upon passage
