Permits remote marriage solemnization via video/audio communication technology when one party is a deployed service member unable to attend in person

Requires remote marriages to be performed by a judicial officer (not clergy or other officiants)

Covers members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Space Force, and National Guard, including reserve components

Judicial officers may waive the marriage solemnization fee for remote ceremonies under this provision
