Office of Legislative Counsel must deliver completed drafts to requesters by 5 p.m. on December 1, 2026

Final drafts for presession filing must be submitted to the Senate Desk or House Desk by 5 p.m. on December 11, 2026

All draft requests must include a brief summary of the problem, proposed solution, and other relevant information about the measure

The President of the Senate, House Interim Committee on Rules, and Joint Interim Committee on Ways and Means are exempt from these deadlines
