Amends ORS 656.210 to create a two-tier temporary total disability compensation formula: 75% of wages for the portion at or below 75% of the state average weekly wage, and 65% of wages for the portion above 75% of the average weekly wage (replacing the current flat 66⅔% rate)

Maintains existing minimum benefit floor of 90% of wages or $50 per week (whichever is less) and maximum cap of 133% of the average weekly wage

Preserves the 3-day waiting period before disability payments begin, waived if total disability continues for 14 consecutive days or the worker is hospitalized within 14 days

Applies to claims for injuries sustained or occupational diseases incurred on or after January 1, 2027
