Prohibits Oregon public bodies from using moneys, data, technology, equipment, personnel, or other resources to assist the federal government with selling or transferring federal lands to private persons

Applies to lands managed by the Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Forest Service, and National Park Service as of the act's effective date

Exempts properties within urban growth boundaries, transfers for infrastructure/utility/transportation use, surplus federal buildings, and lands held in trust for federally recognized Indian tribes

Sunset provision repeals the prohibition on January 2, 2029

Includes emergency clause making the act effective immediately upon passage
