Establishes procedural deadlines for the 2026 regular session of Oregon's 83rd Legislative Assembly, with session convening February 2, 2026

Committee chairpersons must schedule work sessions for measures in the chamber of origin by February 9, 2026, and committees must consider those measures by February 16, 2026

Work sessions for measures in the second chamber must be scheduled by February 20, 2026, with committee consideration completed by February 26, 2026

Deadlines do not apply to the Joint Committee on Ways and Means, most joint committees (except transportation-related ones), or the Finance/Revenue, Rules, and Conduct committees in both chambers

Constitutes a rule of proceeding for both the Senate and House of Representatives
