Proposes amending the Oregon Constitution to automatically extend regular legislative sessions by one calendar day for each day the Senate or House fails to achieve a quorum after attempting to do so

Current session limits remain at 160 calendar days for odd-numbered years and 35 calendar days for even-numbered years, with the quorum-failure extension added on top of these limits

Existing provision allowing two-thirds vote extensions of five calendar days would continue alongside the new automatic quorum-related extension

Refers the proposed constitutional amendment to Oregon voters for approval or rejection at the next regular general election
