Further providing for general and specific powers of the board, for slot machine license applications, for additional slot machine license requirements, for duty of licensees, key employees and gaming employees, for gross terminal revenue deductions, for itemized budget reporting, for investigations and enforcement, for the duty of the Pennsylvania State Police to provide criminal history background investigations, for submission of fingerprints and photographs and for reimbursement of the Pennsylvania State Police for costs incurred in conducting investigations.
