Establishing a select committee on Pennsylvania's Young Future to make a thorough review of research and to receive testimony in the areas of work force development, economic development, standard of living and higher education, pertaining to persons who are 18 to 34 years of age, to provide the Senate with recommendations on a vision for the future and to promote participation among these citizens.
