In general provisions, further providing for definitions, in regulation of cemetery companies, further providing for initial deposits by newly-organized cemetery companies, for initial deposits by existing cemetery companies, for periodic deposits, for registration and filing affidavit of compliance, for investment and operation of fund and for accounts of qualified trustee, repealing provisions related to penalties and further providing for engaging in cemetery business in unauthorized manner; adding provisions relating to removal of remains from burial grounds, for sale of burial grounds, for protection of burial grounds, for burial, for merchandise trust funds, for jurisdiction and penalties and for reporting and immunity; and making related repeals.
