Legislative Description

In falsification and intimidation, further providing for the offenses of impersonating a public servant and for impersonating a notary public or a holder of a professional or occupational license; in general provisions, providing for the definition of "ignition interlock limited license"; in licensing of drivers, further providing for occupational limited license and providing for ignition interlock limited license; in driving after imbibing alcohol or utilizing drugs, further providing for ignition interlock and for prior appeals; and, in other required equipment, further providing for visual and audible signals on emergency vehicles.
