Authorizing counties to impose sales, use and occupancy taxes; and providing for an optional sales and use tax for first class cities, for the levying, assessment and collection of taxes and for the powers and duties of the Department of Community and Economic Development or any successor agency, the Department of Revenue and the State Treasurer.
