In licenses and regulations, liquor, alcohol and malt and brewed beverages, further providing for license districts, license period and hearings, for applications for hotel, restaurant and club liquor licenses, for issuance, transfer or extension of hotel, restaurant and club liquor licenses and for license fees, for sales by liquor licensees and restrictions; providing for casino liquor license; further providing for limiting number of retail licenses to be issued in each county, for revocation and suspension of licenses and fines and for unlawful acts relative to liquor, malt and brewed beverages and licensees.
