In preliminary provisions, further providing for Keystone Exams; in professional employees, further providing for payment of salaries in cases of sickness, injury or death; in certification of teachers, further providing for granting provisional college certificates and providing for provisional vocational education certificate; in terms and courses of study, further providing for agreements with institutions of higher education; in opportunities for educational excellence, further providing for definitions, for responsibilities of school entities and for concurrent enrollment agreements; in charter schools, extensively revising and adding charter school provisions; in community colleges, further providing for election or appointment and term and organization of board of trustees; providing for educational tax credits; in the State Board of Education, further providing for powers and duties of the board; and repealing provisions of the Tax Reform Code of 1971 related to educational tax credits.
