Louis De Lancey Memorial Highway; designating the 700 to 800 block of U.S. Route 13, also known as the Chester Pike, in Prospect Park Borough, Delaware County, as the Officers Luke Arlington Conner and J. Horace Callaghan Memorial Highway; and making a related repeal.
