Legislative Description

Urging the President, Senate and House of Representatives of the United States to fight for strong enforcement of our nation's trade laws in order to level the playing field with China and other countries and take necessary action to protect the domestic steel industry from unfair foreign competition and urging the Department of Commerce to maintain China's nonmarket economy status in order to preserve the ability of United States companies and workers to access domestic trade remedy laws.
