Legislative Description

In preliminary provisions, further providing for definitions; in licenses and regulations, liquor, alcohol and malt and brewed beverages, further providing for sales and liquor licensees and restrictions, for performing arts facility license, for limiting number of retail licenses to be issued in each county, for licenses not assignable and transfers and for hours of operation relative to manufacturers, importing distributors and distributors; and, in distilleries, wineries, bonded warehouses, bailees for hire and transporters for hire, further providing for distilleries.
