Exempts from Pennsylvania state personal income tax any amounts received as a result of the Med Jets Flight 056 plane crash that occurred in Philadelphia on January 31, 2025

Covered payments include those from the Federal Government, State Government, Jet Rescue Air Ambulance, or any agent of these entities

Amends Section 303(a.7) of the Tax Reform Code of 1971 to add this new income exclusion

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
