Extends certification terms for milk testers and weighers/samplers from one calendar year to up to two years from the date of issuance

Removes the requirement for annual renewal by December 1st, allowing renewal without re-examination after initial certification

Replaces the fixed $5.00 fee for certificates of proficiency and tester/weigher certificates with fees established under the Milk Marketing Fee Act

Amends Sections 602 and 603 of the Milk Marketing Law of 1937 governing certified testers and certified weighers/samplers

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
