Requires eligible landowners to demonstrate at least 10% crop loss from wildlife damage and to have participated in agricultural depredation programs for at least two consecutive years prior to applying

Department of Agriculture administers applications with 60-day approval/denial timeline; landowners must complete fencing construction within 9 months of receiving funds

Prohibits tampering with or dismantling program-funded fencing for 10 years; violations may result in full repayment of funds, fines, and disqualification from future participation
