Requires the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to send text message or email reminders about vehicle registration expiration dates, in addition to the existing mailed renewal application sent at least 60 days before expiration

Weekly text or email reminders must continue until the registration is renewed

Phone numbers and email addresses must be voluntarily provided by registrants, and the department is prohibited from sharing this contact information with third parties

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
