Amends Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) to create a new offense of "harassment of sports official" under Section 2709.2, making it a third-degree misdemeanor when a sports official is harassed due to their official acts or status

Upgrades harassment of a sports official from a summary offense to a third-degree misdemeanor under the existing harassment statute (Section 2709)

Defines "sports official" broadly to include umpires, referees, coaches, trainers, team attendants, game managers, athletic directors, and school/college/university administrators (principals, deans, presidents, headmasters)

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
