Defines electronic monitoring devices as GPS-enabled trackers worn on wrist or ankle that continuously monitor location within a 100-mile radius and cannot be removed without specialized equipment

Requires Pennsylvania State Police and local police departments to receive, record, and indefinitely retain location data from monitoring devices, with automatic alerts triggered if devices are removed

Mandates defendants wear the monitoring device for the entire duration of the final protection from abuse order, with early removal permitted only for good cause shown by the court

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
