Establishes a three-year Diversity Inclusive Curriculum Pilot Program within the Department of Education, beginning with the 2026-2027 school year, to provide instruction on the political, economic, and social contributions of LGBTQ+ individuals

School districts, charter schools, cyber charter schools, intermediate units, career and technical schools, and nonpublic schools may apply by May 15, 2026, with department selections made by July 15, 2026

Requires the Department of Education to establish program guidelines by March 15, 2026, in consultation with professional organizations serving LGBTQ+ populations, with preference for curriculum from organizations with 50% or greater LGBTQ+ leadership

Mandates an independent evaluation by a nationally recognized educational institution to assess program effectiveness, with results published on the department's website

Participating schools must submit annual reports to the department, which will compile findings and report to the Senate and House Education Committees by August 1 each year
