Prohibits using automated software (bots) to purchase tickets online for resale or to circumvent electronic queues, waiting periods, and sales volume limitations on ticket websites in Pennsylvania

Bans circumventing security measures and access control systems on websites used to facilitate authorized event entry

Prohibits selling tickets that the seller knew or willfully disregarded were obtained through illegal bot software

Allows exceptions for law enforcement investigations and security research conducted to advance computer security knowledge or develop security products

Creates a private right of action allowing operators, ticket platforms, and rights holders to sue for damages plus $1,000 per ticket sold in violation, plus attorney fees; takes effect 60 days after enactment
