Prohibits knowingly possessing a firearm in any building, real property, or parking area of a polling place during elections, classified as a third-degree misdemeanor

Elevates the offense to a first-degree misdemeanor if the firearm is possessed with intent to commit a crime or used in the commission of a crime at a polling place

Exempts federal, state, and local law enforcement officers performing official duties, as well as military and National Guard members on duty

Permits licensed firearm owners to keep firearms concealed inside their vehicles in polling place parking areas

Requires conspicuous posting of the firearm prohibition at each public entrance of polling place buildings; failure to post notice bars conviction for basic possession offenses
