Pennsylvania State Police must establish regulations for compliance checks, which must include Pennsylvania Liquor Stores and require approved training for participants

Licensed sellers found compliant during checks must receive written notification; noncompliant sellers must be verbally advised immediately and receive written notice within 10 working days

Pennsylvania State Police must submit annual reports by January 31 to legislative committees detailing the number and results of compliance checks; these provisions expire five years after the effective date
