Establishes the Mothers Treatment Court Pilot Program within the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts to support counties in creating specialized courts for mothers involved in the criminal justice system

Adds "mothers treatment courts" to the list of authorized problem-solving courts that courts of common pleas and Philadelphia Municipal Court may establish, alongside veterans courts, drug courts, mental health courts, and DUI courts

Requires the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts to establish guidelines and procedures within 6 months, including procedures for identifying and referring mothers, addressing their specific issues, and collecting data on effectiveness

Counties implementing mothers treatment courts must record and report usage, participant outcomes, charges involved, and other applicable information to the state office

Annual reports compiling county data must be published on the Administrative Office's public website, with personally identifiable information removed; act takes effect in 60 days
