Requires all mandatory fees and charges to be displayed prominently before purchase, with exemptions only for government-imposed taxes, fees, and special district assessments

Excludes direct delivery from retail food establishments and retail food facilities from the food delivery platform requirements

Takes effect 180 days after enactment
