Removes the requirement that professional and public members of the State Board of Crane Operators be United States citizens, while retaining the requirement that they be Pennsylvania residents

Amends Section 301(d) of the Crane Operator Licensure Act of 2008 (P.L.1363, No.100)

Board members continue to be appointed by the Governor with Senate advice and consent for four-year terms, with a maximum of two consecutive terms

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
