Removes the requirement that members of the State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists be United States citizens, while retaining the requirement that they be Pennsylvania residents.

The board consists of 13 members: the Commissioner of Professional and Occupational Affairs, 3 public members, 5 registered professional engineers, 2 registered land surveyors, and 2 registered professional geologists.

Professional members must have at least 10 years of practice experience and 5 years in responsible charge of work.

Takes effect 60 days after enactment.
