Government health programs must cover medically necessary home blood pressure monitors validated for clinical accuracy for pregnant or postpartum enrollees, limited to no more than once every two years

Applies to government-sponsored or government-subsidized health care coverage, including the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP)

Defines "postpartum" as within one year of delivery or the end of pregnancy

Amends the Human Services Code (Act of June 13, 1967) by adding Section 443.16

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
